STRONGER THAN YESTERDAY!!!

MIND BODY SOUL

High Road

When was the last time you took the high road?

How did you feel after?

When was the last time you went down to the level of the person who was rude to you,a poor driver, or lashed out at you?

How did you feel after that?

If we come from a place of feeling and practice the pause…. Well we will never be perfect… but practice makes purpose.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!

As an invitation do not bring things from last year into this year.

Every year I set an intention for the year… this year is believe. Which makes me think of my dad and the end of “ Miracle on 34TH Street.”

My day intention is peace.

I feel incredibly blessed right now.

God bless us all

Appreciate

Thinking of all the military and police and firemen and first responders. Every time I see 9:11 I say a prayer for them.

I know not everyone had the luxury of being home for the holidays.

You are seen.

We love and appreciate you

May the angels have your back now and always

To feel good

Exercise

Walk

Spend time in nature

Call a friend

Write a love letter

Send a thank you card

Share a hug

Share a smile

Listen

Get a good nights sleep

Practice the pause… how will I feel after this?

Practice looking for positive aspects in yourself and others

Week people point out others mistakes

Strong people go with the flow and listen anyways

Calm is mastery
