I feel so happy today

Morning routine

Every morning I wake up

I thank god for another day

I smile when my feet hit the floor

I have my lemon water and mushroom supplements from Fungi Perfecti

I light a candle and sink deep into meditation

I go in my imagination to my pond and hug and thank god

And then I just listen

Prayer is talking to God

Meditation is listening

Post meditation I write down around 13 things I appreciate

Then off to feed the birds and squirrels

I hug our two trees

I thank the sun and God for another day

Give them the benefit of the doubt

Give yourself the benefit of the doubt

Appreciate what you got

Whatever we appreciate appreciates

Crazy Horse

In driving out to Glacier National Park Montana many moons ago, I stopped at Crazy Horse in South Dakota.

I am part Mohawk and Delaware and a Native American woman was hula hooping at crazy horse explaining how it signifies we are all one under the moon and sun.
