I feel this false courage around the internet.

Courage is a French word that means of the heart.

I see people lashing out at other’s on the internet saying things they would never say in real life face to face thinking they are bold.

True courage is giving someone a peace of your heart rather than mind.

If you are stuck in negative loops online this is your message to get out in nature and leave the past behind.

At least once a day I remind myself that I know nothing haha!!!

This allows me to keep my heat and mind open knowing there is something to learn in each and every day and from every person ( every person knows something that I do not”.

In everyday life I am both an instructor and student.

I have never in my life seen so many people at calling hours.

I believe we never really “ arrive “.

I know I will not ever wake up at a certain age and say to myself “ ok I made it… nothing left to learn… no reason to exercise or move forward.”

I Believe in being a life long learner.

I believe in growing and celebrating everyday!!!

I believe in the future of our country and doing hard things to create our own happiness!!!
