I asked my sun recently what his favorite part about life was.

He answered having a cat he said “ I always wanted a cat my whole life and now we have one.”

Pets give unconditional love to us humans.

They should be loved and fed and have a safe home just like all of us and our kids.

I thank God for our pets and all they give to us.

  • MAKE IT COOL TO CARE ABOUT THE PLANET

  • Make it cool to take the time to listen to our seniors ( 4 they hold a lot of wisdom)

  • Make it cool to listen to our youth ( they are still in their imaginations )

Some where along the line being mean and nasty to people online became normal, and then it spilled over to it being ok in person.

Everyone is someone else sun, daughter, niece, nephew, we are all one under the moon and sun.

I feel as though morals should come back.

People, Planet, and then Profit

Courage is a French word that means “ of the heart “

When we speak and live from the heart there is no tearing other people apart with horrible words or actions.

Inner light

I am trained in inner light healing.

I have been focusing more on the light inside of me, my 3rd eye in particular.

As an invitation try and keep things light. That is how we know we are on the right path.

Nothing is that serious… how we climb the mountain is more important than reaching the top.

She has helped me on many occasions and has been a source of inspiration in my life.

One of the biggest things D muscle has helped me with is confidence and public speaking.

When the student is ready the master will appear.

COMPASSION

Compassion is always a good idea.

Just ran into a friend who sent her long time friend companion, DOG TO HEAVEN.

I have another friend whose sun went to heaven.

I have been studying Ram DASS and he said God does not take us one second to late or too early.

I feel as though the people we are missing are in pure bliss and we are generally sad.

However one thing that always pulls me out of sadness is thinking of who they are reuniting with in heaven or the other side ( I do not get caught up in labels.)

I saw my dad up there with our dog JETES and it made my smile.

Sending compassion your way and me we always remember our problems are not bigger or smaller than others.

I am not better than anyone else and no one else is better than me is how I live my life.

Nature trail walks, exercise, fruits vegetables will all bring us into harmony.
