Helping others is a great way to help ourselves… even if it is something small.
The other day at my favorite gas station I asked a woman if I could help at all just let me know and she kindly said yes and I helped her with her gas can caps for her mowers.
Even just accepting help from others is a good thing. Even others seeing this is a good thing 🦅🙏🔔

Helping someone else is a great way to help ourselves…. Although that is not the reason to do it…. It is a positive side affect 🦅🙌💭
You never know the impact you or your pet may be having.
This morning I am reflecting on how many people knew my dog JETER and the positive impact he made. Like a joyous ripple going through the universe.
Everyone we meet is missing someone they love. I aim to show compassion always and sometimes “ clear “ is “ nice “.
As an invitation do not allow the news or social media to lessen your compassion for your fellow man.
We are all going through things.
True courage is taking a deep breath and a mental breath and walking away.
True courage is protecting women and children who are getting hurt.
True courage is not allowing these judges to just release repeat offenders until something serious happens.
We need to pay attention to patterns.
I believe in returning to the Native American ways. Regenerative agriculture and love for Mother Earth, the water and the soil.
No blocking out the sun, no giving vaccines to cows so they do not fart. How insane does this sound? Spray our foods with poisons so the bugs do not eat it…. But then us humans do?
Time to wake up and take care of our health.

This is the second day I had had tears of joy.
I have been alcohol free for…. Well I have stopped counting. Not that I am judging it or saying it is good or bad. A good glass of organic red wine or a fine scotch was heaven to me.
I just feel I am in my golden years right now and selfishly I do not want to give up a day.
EVERYTIME I drank it was like I was giving up the next day.
I wonder how many people cry tears or joy and how often?
When was the last time you cried tears of joy?

I had tears of joy for my life yesterday after the sensory deprivation chamber.
I know that some of the world is at war… and I too have been to war.
War is the darkest thing I have ever experienced along my journey…. in contrast it has also brought the brightest light to my life.
I mean this in a sense that some people are like “ how are you so happy and go lucky all the time?”
From experiencing a place with rockets and mortars on the daily…. It is fairly easy for me to have a good day in the United States.
I met a double Purple Heart veteran from the Vietnam era the other day who said “ If you were born in the United States you hit the lotto.”
We will never be perfect nor should we wait to be happy, build peace, instill harmony within the children.
Really a peaceful future starts with the youth.
I thank God for RFK and his approach to start with the kids and eat Whole Foods.
I know the best is yet to come and God is good.
Prayer is free and I believe it does work!!!!!!
