I do not believe we are as divided as the news and social media portray us to be.

I believe extreme versions are being amplified.

I do not know why I feel compelled to even say this?

Actually I do.

I do not want to die with the music inside me.

When I go out into everyday life I am greeted with kind people almost always!!!!!!

I live in a small town where almost everyone is kind and friendly.

I do not run into much of the chaos being portrayed on the news and social media.

I accept fully responsibility 4 my life and I know it is because what I am clicking on…. That is what I am being fed.

When my dad passed in meditation I heard him say “ life is like a mirror”.

So I know whatever I put out I will get back.

I know we are all one under one moon and one sun.

I know god is love

I know no true god or religion would want anyone to hate.

It is not like I have a lot of followers nor do I care to be honest. That was never the aim… like I said just to not die with the music inside of me.

I know we were never meant to agree on everything. Some like different colors and flavors and people.

To not let our emotions get the best of us will allow ourselves to reflect.

One example is the time I have home with my son right now. I know someday we will leave the nest and spread his wings… knowing this I am truly cherishing our time together.

I always come back to Mother Teresa who said “ if you are having an anti war rally count me out…. But if you are having a peace rally I will be there every time!!!!!!

We must give the energy to what we want verse fight against what we believe is right.

I want to thank RFK for getting us to eat real food again and question everything. I prayed a lot for you kind sir and continue to. You are forever one of my heroes for starting health with our kids.

Self love is not selfish.

Self love can look like massage: motorcycle riding, golf, concerts, certainly time in nature, time with people you love, dancing, poetry, a good book, coffee, libraries, anything that does not involve hurting yourself or others.

I say we return to nature.

Return to Regenerative organic farming.

Return to nature and protect her at all costs.

We vote with our wallets everyday!!!!!!

There are organic seeds from Naples New York that we use.

Anyways I hope this finds you well and we can find love and compassion for our fellow humans.

Imagine if there was no room for hate in our hearts.
