Forgiveness
I find it incredibly inspiring that all my friends and family love me despite all of my mistakes. Sounds funny to say. But the truth is I forgive everyone who has hurt me and I am incredibly inspired by those who have forgave me.
I feel as though it would be ignorant to go though life thinking we have never caused any harm… of course we have… but we have also caused a lot of joy!!!!!!
Hopefully we can spread more of the joy, especially as we get older and learn what is really important.
Resentment is spiritual blockade number one so I hope we can all practice forgiveness… even if just for our own hearts.
