PRAYER

One time I was under the weather and I said to my friend Donna “ I would ask you to pray for me… but I know I am already healed.”

Her response caused a paradigm shift in me. Donna said “ I am going to pray for you anyways… because it changes the ether and energy.”

Since then I have been selflessly praying a lot more.

Praying for some people to get pregnant.

Praying for healing for my family and friends.

Send out the positive energy folks because it will come back… however do not do it for that reason… do it because it feels good to want the best for other’s.

Circle of control

Sometimes all we have is our response to things ☝️🐞☮️ and that is always enough.

FATHER’S DAY

I feel as though I am going to sit with my sadness on Father’s Day. I will and do miss my dad dearly… although I know he is always here with me.

I am also going to do something in his honor… eat a delicious free range steak… drink a glass of red wine… and spend time with family.

I will look at my son and thank god he is alive every day.

Live for the day my friends and if you are blessed enough to still have your father let him know how much he is loved and how much he means to you.
