Deep focus on the man in the mirror

I am going alcohol free until Thanksgiving.

I am reading and exercising, eating clean and spending time in nature.

In morning meditation I imagine sitting on a blanket of compassion for all.

Today my intention is “ I am worthy”!!!

My one solution for when I am out of solutions

It is interesting

It is interesting how company’s will pay athletes millions of more dollars instead of simply changing their ingredients to make real food.

Like instead of just making food from Mother Earth and what consumers want… they will put high fructose corn syrup and other cheap ingredients and just pay athletes more.

Hmmmmmm
