Children need to be guided…not made wrong.

When we think long term what do kids want and crave? Time with their mother and father.

One will get criticized either way…how ver we are choosing to homeschool and our sun gets socialized at libraries with other home schoolers.

Age 1 to 7 are the most formative years and when their brains are in theta.

Remember kids are crying to communicate.

To return back to nature… literally outside so often with our sun and ourselves as well.

Bullies

Remember bullies are usually the most insecure people out there!!!

If one has to make fun of another in order to feel good… that is true insecurity.

When I used to go out I was never afraid of the loudest mouth out at the bar.

It was always the quiet Navy Seal in the corner you had to be mindful of.

It is my belief all cattle should be free range along with chickens pasture raised.

We should be taking care of Mother Earth and not spraying her with chemicals to earn more profit.

JUDGEMENT

When you judge another you do not define them… you define yourself.

Nowadays when someone cuts me off I think to myself… I too have cut someone off before.

When someone forgets to use their turn signal I think… I too have forgotten to use my turn signal.

Sometimes we get so caught up in being right, judging or being offended that we forget we are all just human.

COMPASSION

Compassion is my intention today.

I am in a season of my life where I am losing someone I love.

It happens to all of us.

Today I am sitting with my sadness, hugging my sadness and showing compassion to all.

I refuse to escape in drugs, alcohol or pills.

I allow myself to feel my feelings and know that it is ok.

One of my gurus says anti depressants are like injecting your hand with Novocain and putting it in a hot stove.

In life we are meant to feel are feelings is what I believe.

Not block them.

Not slap a smiley face over a sad face and say you are good.

I hope everyone has a blessed day and shows compassion to all.

I will never believe my problems are bigger than others.

I will never believe I am better than anyone else.

Different seasons in life and I know the world is in balance.

GAUGE

Just like our vehicles have a gas gauge… so do our internal bodies.

One of my guru’s says if your vehicles gas gauge says empty…one would not just simply slap a smiley face over it and pretend it was full.

In the same breathe one would not sit at the gas station with one’s head on the steering wheel and say “ well I guess that was it… what a fun ride!!!”

So many of us in life… most of experience the ups and the downs.

I have been trained to feel all my feelings and not hide in alcohol or pills or anything like that.

Things that “ refuel “ me personally are times with friends, nature trail walks, and silence.

If you are on empty I invite you to stay solution oriented.

If you are full… I invite you to share that joy with everyone you meet!!!!!!
