I am not better than anyone else and no one else is better than me

This is one of my mantras. I know everyone I meet knows something I do not and vice versa. Therefore I am a student and teacher in everyday life.

Once I knew I would never get it all done or know it all 🦋🌲😻

Once I heard this fact from a guru my anxiety instantly went down.

Knowing this allows me to keep my mind and heart open to learn something new and give my best everyday!!!!!!

We could read a million books a day and we still will not know it all.

We could work on our homes and self everyday and still we will not get it all done.

This is part of the excitement of life for me!!!!!!

Learn something new everyday and work on the man in the mirror.

Blame has always been a weak persons game to me.

Do you know who has had a challenging life? Literally everyone!!!!!! Life is set up so we all experience the joy, sorrow, pain, happiness and everything in between!!!

When I think about some people’s lives, “ Tony Robbin’s, Dr. Wayne Dyer’s” it is so beautiful they learned to become better and not bitter!!!!!!

They said their childhoods shaped them to be the people who they are.

So as a friendly reminder everyone is going through ups and downs and seasons. Everyone has family issues and drama. Good chance everyone you meet today has already experienced a little heaven on earth and a little h e double hockey sticks as well.

I know my problems are not bigger or smaller than anyone else.

I choose to stay solution oriented, kind and compassionate.

Feel your feelings

It is good that we have a gage in our bodies… kind of like in our vehicles.

If your gas gage was empty one would not slap a smiley face over it and pretend like one’s tank was full, one would still run out of fuel.

That is why I do not believe in anti depressants. I believe it is best to feel our feelings. One of my gurus said it would be like injecting your hand with Novocain and placing it on a hot stove.

This being said of course some medication has its place and some are just band aids over lifestyle choices.

I have learned as I said to feel my feelings…. however I aim to never act during some. If I am angry and or sad, nature trail walks and talking to a close friend always helps.

Sending compassion your way as I know none of us make it out of life without the ups and downs.

But I know with the right attitude the very best is yet to come!!!!!!
